Your name, email, phone, trip details and anything you tell us in a booking request or enquiry. If you book, we also collect your driving licence and ID to verify you can drive the vehicle and for insurance.
To handle your booking or enquiry. Our lawful basis is performing a contract with you, and legal obligations for licence checks.
Booking records are kept as required for tax and insurance. Licence and ID copies are deleted 90 days after your hire ends unless the law requires longer. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months.
We do not sell your data. It is stored with our UK web host.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
